§ 119.19 LICENSE BOND.
   Every person so licensed as a pawnbroker shall, at the time of receiving the license, furnish and give a bond to the village in the penal sum of $1,000, with good and sufficient sureties, conditioned for the due observance of all of the provisions of this chapter regarding pawnbrokers and any other ordinances that may be enacted by the village respecting pawnbrokers at any time during the continuance of the license; provided, further, that, if the Board of Trustees annually adopts an ordinance setting forth the applicable fees and charges due for the various licenses, permits, rates and services, and new or amended regulatory measures authorized by this chapter and by other ordinances of the village, an “annual fee ordinance”, the annual fee ordinance, as the same may, from time to time, be amended, is hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein and supersedes and amends the aforesaid bond fee.
