§ 119.16 INVESTIGATION OF LICENSE APPLICATION.
   An application for the license shall be made in conformity with the general requirements of this and other village ordinances relating to applications for licenses. The Chief of Police of the village shall investigate the applicant to determine whether the applicant is of good moral character.
