(A) Any mini-theater lawfully in existence prior to the adoption of this chapter made illegal hereby shall conform to the provisions of this chapter within three months of the effective date of this chapter.
(B) This chapter shall be applicable to any mini-theater for which a building permit to construct booths is issued subsequent to the effective date of this chapter.
(C) This chapter shall also be applicable to any mini-theater which is not open for business prior to the date this chapter takes effect.
