§ 118.02 VISIBILITY OF INTERIOR.
   (A)   Each mini-theater shall be maintained and/or operated so that the complete interior of the mini-theater is visible from the aisle space or center of any and each building, if the entire building is used as a mini-theater, or to the entrance to any place not within a building or portion thereof which is used as a mini-theater.
   (B)   Each mini-theater shall be maintained and/or operated wherein the entrance or opening to any booth, cubicle or stall used for the viewing of still or motion pictures or other video displayed or presented materials is neither fully nor partially closed by a door, curtain or any other item or object, or by any architectural design which prevents an unobstructed view at the entrance or opening to each booth of the conduct of each occupant.
