§ 115.40 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to do business as an itinerant merchant without having first secured a license. For the purpose of this subchapter, any merchant engaged or intending to engage in business as a merchant in the village for a period of time not exceeding 100 days shall be considered an itinerant merchant, peddlers excepted.
