(A) The Village Board of Trustees shall determine from the application and from facts that may be developed in connection with the application the period for which the permit shall be approved, provided, the period shall not exceed three calendar months.
(B) The Board, upon the receipt of further information, applications or reports as it may deem necessary to safeguard the interests of the public and carry out the purposes of this subchapter may renew and extend a permit for additional periods of not to exceed one month.
