§ 115.05 TIME RESTRICTIONS.
   It is unlawful and a nuisance for any person, whether registered under this subchapter or not, to go upon any premises to ring the door bell upon or near any door of a residence, or rap or knock upon any door or create any sound in any other manner calculated to attract the attention of the occupant to the residence for the purpose of securing an audience with the occupant and engage in soliciting or peddling, as defined in § 115.01 of this chapter, before 9:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. of any week day, or at any time on a Sunday, state or national holiday.
