§ 115.04 FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION.
   Any person licensed under this subchapter who shall be guilty of any fraud, misrepresentation or imposition either directly or through the agency of another person, while acting as a peddler, solicitor or canvasser, or who shall sell or offer for sale, barter or exchange by himself, herself or any other person, any kind of goods, wares, merchandise or articles other than that specified in the license shall be subject to a fine.
