The Village President is expected to use his or her personal vehicle while conducting village business, rather than require the village to provide him or her with a vehicle. In order to defray the expenses associated with the use of his or her personal vehicle while conducting village business, and in consideration for the savings that the village will experience by not providing a vehicle, the Village President shall receive:
(A) One tank of gasoline per week (not to exceed 30 gallons);
(B) One thousand dollars per year toward the cost of automobile insurance; and
(C) Five hundred dollars per year toward the cost of automobile maintenance.
