All machines licensed by the village and all other machines located on premises which are licensed by the village, including, but not limited to, amusement and pinball machines, cigarette machines, coin-operated washers and dryers, and vending machines shall be in an area of the premises open to the general public and shall be subject to visual inspection by employees of the village.
