§ 110.086 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   All rights and privileges acquired under the provisions of this subchapter are merely licenses revocable at any time by the Building Commissioner whenever the permit is issued on the basis of a misstatement of fact, fraud or violation of any provision of this subchapter. When a sign permit application is denied or permit revoked by the Commissioner, the Commissioner shall give written notice of the denial or revocation to the applicant, together with a brief written statement of the reasons for the denial or revocation.
