§ 110.067 NAME OF ADVERTISER.
   It shall be unlawful for any outdoor advertiser to carry on business unless the name of the advertiser is attached, displayed or printed on all billboards or signboards used by the advertiser or on any notice, placard or advertisement posted by the advertiser in lettering to be visible from a distance of at least five feet from the notice or advertisement.
