§ 110.044 INSPECTION.
   (A)   Every billboard for which a permit has been issued shall be inspected when completed before the billboard is accepted by the Village Clerk, duly marked that the billboard is inspected and approved, including the date of expiration of the permit. Every billboard shall be inspected when an application for renewal of a permit has been filed and the fee is paid.
   (B)   No permit shall be renewed unless the Village Clerk finds the billboard has been maintained in a manner as to ensure it is in a safely maintained condition as to the requirements of this subchapter and all other applicable codes and regulations of the village. The inspection will be worked in the same manner as provided for a new billboard.
   (C)   Any billboard for which the inspection permit has not been secured and the billboard duly marked with the date of the expiration of the new permit shall be removed at the owner’s expense after 30 days from the date of written notice issued by the Village Clerk.
