(A) It shall be the duty of every outdoor advertiser to keep all grass, weeds and other growth, except trees and ornamental shrubbery, cut so it will not grow to a height greater than ten inches within six feet of any billboard or signboard used by him or her. These provisions shall extend only to property controlled by the advertiser.
(B) All billboards for which a permit is required, together with supports, braces, guys and anchors, shall be kept in repair in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
(C) It shall be the duty and responsibility of the owner or lessee of every billboard to maintain the immediate premises occupied by the billboard in a clean, sanitary, inoffensive and healthful condition, free and clear of all obnoxious substances, rubbish and weeds.
