§ 110.029 ILLUMINATION.
   (A)   The wiring of illuminating billboards and signboards shall comply with the provisions of the ordinances relating to electrical wiring.
   (B)   No billboard shall be illuminated by any source other than electrical means and electric devices and wiring shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of the Chicago Electrical Code. In no case shall any open spark or flame be used for display purposes.
