The Village Clerk may, in writing, suspend or revoke a permit issued under the provisions of this subchapter whenever the Clerk finds the permit was issued on the basis of a misstatement of fact or fraud, or the construction or erection of the billboard is not in compliance with the conditions set forth in the permit.
