For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BILLBOARD. A sign which can relate, in whole or in part, to a business, commodity, service, entertainment or attraction sold, offered or existing at a location other than the location where such a sign is displayed.
