§ 110.002 PERMITS; FEE.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall erect or maintain any sign, signboard or rigid canopy over any street, sidewalk, alley or other public way in the village without having first obtained a permit therefor. Permits for signs, canopies or signboards shall be issued by the Village Clerk, subject to approval of the Building Inspector, upon payment of the fee provided, and shall designate the location of the proposed structure.
   (B)   The annual fee for permits required by division (A) above shall be determined from time to time.
