§ 110.001 OFF-PREMISES COMMERCIAL SIGNS.
   (A)   Off-premises commercial advertising signs, which are those signs that direct attention to a business commodity, service or entertainment conducted, sold or offered elsewhere than upon the premises where the sign is located, shall be permitted within 400 feet of Route 64 (North Avenue), Route 45 (Mannheim Road) and Route 20 (Lake Street). Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any off-premises commercial advertising sign with a face area of greater than 200 square feet shall be set back from the rights-of-way described one foot for every two square feet of face sign. In no event shall any off-premises commercial advertising sign be constructed within 150 feet of any residential zoned real estate.
   (B)   Temporary signs shall have the maximum allowable sign face area of 50 square feet per side and a maximum of two sides.
