(A) It shall be unlawful to operate within 200 feet of any residence in the village any factory that uses machinery or other apparatus which causes loud or unusual noises, without exercising reasonable care to limit and confine the noise.
(B) It shall be unlawful to operate within the village between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. any pile driver, steam shovel, pneumatic hammer, derrick, steam or electric hoist or other appliance, the use of which is attended by loud or unusual noises.
(C) It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain within 200 feet of any residence a factory wherein are used pneumatic hammers or other apparatus that cause loud or unusual noises.
