§ 94.08 DEFECTIVE OR OVERLOADED VEHICLES.
   It shall be unlawful to use within the village any wagon, cart, automobile, truck, motorcycle or other vehicle so out of repair or loaded in a manner as to create loud and unnecessary grating, grinding, rattling or other noises.
