§ 94.06 STEAM WHISTLES.
   It shall be unlawful anywhere in the village to blow any steam whistle attached to any stationary boiler, except to give notice of the tie to being or stop work; as a warning of fire, danger or other emergency; or upon request of proper village authorities.
