It shall be unlawful to operate any horn or similar signaling device on any automobile, motorcycle or other vehicle on any street or public place in the village, except as a danger warning; to create by means of any signaling device any unreasonably loud or harsh sound; to sound any such device for an unnecessary and unreasonable period of time; to use any horn, whistle or other device operated by engine exhaust and to use any signaling device when traffic is, for any reason, held up.
