§ 93.02 HEAT IN APARTMENTS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the owner or person in charge of any premises rented and/or leased lawfully for residential purposes to provide property heat, which shall not be less than 68°F on every day, when needed, during the period between September 15 and May 31 of each year.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall apply to premises where there is a central heating plant controlled by the owner or the person in charge and to premises where a unit or apartment has its own thermostat and/or individual heating plant.
