§ 93.01 SANITARY REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Premises used for the sale or storage of food intended for human consumption must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. It should be unlawful to permit any accumulation of refuse or waste of any kind to remain therein for more than 24 hours, and it shall be unlawful to permit any decaying matter or decaying animal or plant material to remain on the premises.
   (B)   Any and all individuals who may come into contact with food throughout any given day shall be required to take a T.B. test and furnish the Village Clerk’s office with a certificate of the test results. If an individual’s test result is positive, that individual shall be prohibited from working in any capacity that would require the afflicted individual to come in contact with food.
