§ 92.30 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY; DUTIES.
   (A)   The 2012 NFPA Life Safety Code 101 shall be enforced by the Director of Public Safety in the Fire Department of the village, which is hereby established and which shall be operated under the supervision of the Director of Public Safety.
   (B)   The Director of Public Safety shall be appointed by the Village President and Board of Trustees on the basis of examination to determine qualifications.
   (C)   The Director of Public Safety may detail the members of the Department as inspectors as shall, from time to time, be necessary.
