§ 90.03 REMOVAL FROM PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   Whenever the Director of Public Safety, or any officer working or acting under the Director’s direction, finds a vehicle or motor vehicle or any part thereof placed or stored in the open upon public property, the Director of Public Safety, or officer acting under the Director’s direction, shall cause the vehicle or motor vehicle to be removed and stored at a location he or she designates. If the owner of the motor vehicle, or any part thereof, fails to claim it and pay a reasonable fee for handling and storage within 30 days from the date of removal, the Director of Public Safety may dispose of it.
