§ 90.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK YARD or SALVAGE YARD. A business that has been issued a permit by the Village Board of Trustees.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. A vehicle which is self-propelled.
   MOTORIZED HOME. A portable dwelling designed and constructed as an integral part of a self-propelled vehicle.
   PICK-UP COACH. A structure designed primarily to be mounted on a pickup truck or truck chassis and with sufficient equipment to render it suitable for uses as temporary dwelling for travel/recreational and vacation uses.
   TRAVEL TRAILERS. A vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary dwelling for travel, vacation and recreational uses, permanently identified “travel trailer” by the manufacturer of the trailer and, when factory equipped for the road; it shall have a body width not exceeding eight feet and a body length not exceeding 15 feet.
   VEHICLE. Every device upon or by which a person or any property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, except railway trains.
