§ 73.21 SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR PERSONS RIDING MOTORCYCLES.
   The operator and every passenger of a motorcycle shall be protected by glasses, goggles or a transparent shield. This equipment shall meet the requirements based upon those set forth in Vehicle Equipment Safety Commission Regulation VESC-8, “Minimum Requirements for Motorcyclists’ Eye Protection”.
