§ 72.19 OVERNIGHT PARKING; PERMITS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park on any residential street within the village between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except by permit.
   (B)   The display of a vehicle sticker issued by the village shall constitute a permit; provided, however, that vehicles with ladders attached to the top of the vehicle, all box trucks, and vans more than 20 feet in length are not permitted to park on residential streets between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., even though they display a vehicle sticker issued by the village.
   (C)   Guests and invitees of residents of the village and transients may park without permit upon notification to the Police Department by the resident advising the Police Department of the description and license plate of the vehicle.
   (D)   Signs shall be erected near each corner of every residential block advising that overnight parking is by permit only.
