§ 70.63 WINDSHIELD STICKER.
   Each applicant, upon payment of the fee, shall be given a windshield sticker, which sticker shall be fastened in a prominent and visible place on the lower right-hand corner of the windshield of the vehicle at all times that it is operating in the village.
