§ 53.02 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   This chapter shall take effect and be in force from and after 10-28-2008.
   (B)   This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after upon its passage and publication, in accordance with § 1-2-4 of the Illinois Municipal Code.
