§ 50.075 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of scavenger or the collection or disposal of animal, human or vegetable refuse or offal without having first secured a license thereof.
   (B)   The fee for the license required in division (A) above shall be as set out in Chapter 112.
