§ 50.003 BURIAL; BURNING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit anywhere in the village any uncovered piles of refuse, garbage, offal or carcasses of dead animals. The refuse must be buried at least two feet below the surface of the ground or otherwise properly disposed of. Any uncovered pile of refuse is hereby declared a nuisance.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and is hereby declared a nuisance to burn garbage anywhere in the village, except upon property that may be specifically designated for that purpose by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
