§ 138.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CANNABIS. This term shall have the meaning ascribed to it in ILCS Ch. 720, Act 550, § 3, as if that definition were incorporated herein.
   CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. This term shall have the meaning ascribed to it in ILCS Ch. 720, Act 570, § 102 as if that definition were incorporated herein.
