A short-term rental unit must:
(A) Be located within a mixed-use building containing only one potential short-term rental unit;
(B) Be at least 500 square feet;
(C) Have an operational kitchen;
(D) Have an operational bathroom facility;
(E) Have only accommodations for a maximum of two registered guests; and
(F) Have at least one parking space for use by registered guests.
