§ 122.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GUEST. Any person that contracts with the short-term rental unit licensee to rent the unit for the minimum length of rental. The term GUEST does not include members of the licensee's immediate family; nor does it include persons who have signed a lease to use and occupy the unit for a set period of time.
   MINIMUM LENGTH OF RENTAL. The short-term rental unit is rented for at least two nights.
   SHORT-TERM RENTAL ESTABLISHMENT. A mixed-use building which contains both commercial and residential uses, but only one short-term rental unit.
   SHORT-TERM RENTAL UNIT. A unit of at least 500 square feet that contains a kitchen and bathroom, and supports no more than two inhabitants for the minimum length of rental.
