No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall discharge any sanitary waste or industrial waste water into any storm sewer or drainage facility constructed as part of the U.S. 12/45 over Addison Creek improvement, said limits of improvement being between approximately 600 feet south and 800 feet north of the centerline of US Route 20, in the Village of Stone Park.
