If a resident places a television set or other electronic device in the alley for pickup without first purchasing the required permit/sticker, the village will not pick up the device. If the device is allowed to remain in the alley for three days or longer, the village will cite the resident for violation of § 50.081. The penalty for violation of § 50.081 is $50.
