§ 35.126 PENALTIES AND INTEREST NOT TO BAR FURTHER COLLECTION OR PROSECUTION.
   The collection of tax, penalty or interest by any means provided for herein shall not be a bar to collection by any other means or to any prosecution under this subchapter.
