§ 35.103 FILING OF DECLARATION.
   At the time the tax levied by § 35.100 is paid, there shall be filed with the Village Clerk a fully executed and completed copy of the real estate transfer declaration required by ILCS Ch. 35, Act 200, Art. 31.
