§ 34.02 USE.
   The jail shall be used for the incarceration of all persons arrested for violating any laws of the village, state or federal government until:
   (A)   The persons shall be lawfully taken before the nearest available judge for a hearing;
   (B)   Until the persons shall be lawfully transferred to some other place of incarceration; or
   (C)   Until the persons are otherwise lawfully released.
