§ 33.05 DUTIES OF ALL PERSONNEL.

   It shall be the function and duty of every member of the Village Fire Department:

   (A)   To extinguish accidental or destructive fires;

   (B)   To prevent the occurrence or spread of fires; and

   (C)   To enforce the provisions of this code and any other ordinances of the village relating to the occurrence or spread of fires.
