§ 33.04 DUTIES OF TREASURER; BOND REQUIRED.
   The Village Treasurer shall receive all money collected for and on behalf of the Department, including the tax or license free from foreign insurance companies; the Treasurer shall pay the same upon the order of the Department for maintenance, use and benefit of the Department.
