§ 32.05 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Director of Public Safety may make or describe the rules and regulations for the guidance of the members of the Police Department as the Director shall see fit.
   (B)   The rules, when approved by the President and Board of Trustees, shall be binding on the members and shall be an integral part of the rules and regulations of the Police and Fire Board.
