§ 32.04 ASSISTANCE IN PROSECUTION; WITNESS FEES.
   (A)   Every member of the Police Department shall appear as a witness whenever necessary for prosecution of a violation of a village code provision, ordinance or state or federal law.
   (B)   No member of the Police Department shall receive any witness fee for services performed in connection with division (A) above in any action or suit to which the village is a party.
   (C)   All fees for the services shall, if paid, be turned over to the Village Treasurer.
