§ 32.02 DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of members of the Police Department to ensure enforcement of this code and any other ordinances and statutes effective in the village and to preserve order and prevent infractions of the law and to arrest violators thereof.
   (B)   Every member of the Department is hereby declared a conservator of the peace.
