§ 32.01 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Police Department, an executive department of the village.
   (B)   The Police Department shall consist of a Director of Public Safety and other members as may be provided for from time to time by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
