4-2-6: POSSESSION OR USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES:
   A.   Offense. It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to use, or to possess with the intent to use, drug paraphernalia [as defined in the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act, 720 ILCS 600/1 et.seq., specifically 720 ILCS 600/2(d)], or to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body a controlled substance in violation of 720 ILCS 550/1 et seq., and 720 ILCS 570-100 et seq.
   B.   Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this section shall, upon a finding of guilt, be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 712, 6-8-2021)
