3-3-14: EMPLOYEES:

Every person in charge of licensed premises shall keep himself and his employees in a clean condition and cleanly clothed and no person who has any communicable, infectious or contagious disease shall engage in or be employed in or about such business or premises. (Ord. 300, 11-21-1989)
